Invitation Letters for Visa Application

Individuals requesting a letter of invitation with additional supporting documents issued by the organizer must be registered attendees with the applicable fee(s) paid in advance.

Those eligible to request the letter and documents are:

Presenting authors (speakers)
Co-authors
Conference participants
Individuals whose attendance is deemed necessary by the Organizer
