Oral presentations will consist of a 15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
For oral sessions, a projector and screen will be provided.
Presenters are requested to bring their own laptop computers and connect them to the projector using an HDMI cable. Those who require any adapters (e.g., for Mac devices) are kindly asked to bring their own.
As a backup, presenters are also requested to bring a copy of their presentation data on a USB flash drive. In the event of any difficulty with the laptop connection, a backup PC will be available at the venue for use.
Presenters are kindly requested to conduct a connection test during the break time before their session begins.
Posters will be displayed in the Main Hall of the Hokkaido University Conference Hall. All delegates will have access to the poster display.
Each display panel will be labeled with a presentation number. Please mount your poster on the panel corresponding to your assigned presentation number.
The maximum display area available for poster presentation is A0 size (0.84 m × 1.19 m). Posters smaller than this size are also acceptable.
Push pins for mounting posters will be provided by the organizers. Please ensure that the title is clearly and prominently displayed on your poster, as separate poster title headers will not be provided.

All posters may be installed from 16:00 on June 21. On June 22, installation will be available from 08:00.
Please ensure that your poster is removed no later than 16:00 on June 24. Early removal is also permitted. All posters must be taken with you. Any posters left behind will be disposed of by the Secretariat.
